Nike Air Tech Challenge II Retro

While it was awesome for heads to be able to scoop a wearable pair of the Agassi’s this summer, there were quite a few hoping that more from the Nike Air Tech Challenge series would be retroed.

Rumors have been circulating for quite some time about the Nike Air Tech Challenge II coming back, and finally we have a confirmation that they are.

Next spring/summer, we will get another dose of Agassi kicks with the Nike Air Tech Challenge II coming back in several colors as well as the Nike Air Tech Challenge Lows. One can only hope that Nike will continue bringing back more legendary shoes. Fingers are still crossed for the Assailants.

Nike Air Force One Hi “Bobbito Garcia”

Nike Air Force One Hi Bobbito Garcia

Legendary sneaker addict and author of “Where’d You Get Those” Bobbito Garcia was called upon by Nike to work on some Air Force Ones for the 25th Anniversary. Bobbito has been a self-proclaimed fan of the Air Force 1 since the shoes debuted in 1982.

The first 3 pairs of Bobbito Nike Air Force Ones that we have seen released this year were all low cuts, but the original pairs he balled in were the high tops in ‘82. The two have connected again to put together some more Nike Air Force Ones, however this time in the original high top.

At the point we have very little info as these were quick snaps taken and posted by We Love Paris at an AF1 event in Milan, Italy. From the shots, what we can tell is that Bobbito put on what appears to be a red-orange leather upper, accents of royal blue, white sidewall (aka midsole), and gum outsole. When we toyed with the photos it looks like the shoes either have a white or silver swoosh.

We will try to get more info for you and hopefully get ahold of Bob himself. It looks like this year could end with a bang!

Nike Air Trainer Huarache “Black/Neon”

Nike Air Trainer Huarache Black Neon

With the advent of the hot Aussie summer upon us, these Nike Air Trainer Huarache´s will be blazing up the sweltering asphalt with the sheer combination of eye popping fluoro and construction. Taking it back to its roots of origin in 1992, this Nike Air Trainer Huarache pays homage to the pure ’90s style with fresh and funky colours, along with the innovation that the shoe brought to that time. Extra ankle supports, fine mesh like mid strap and the extra comfort of the “easy to fit” sock liner not to mention the cut away areas for ventilation, you will be able to rock this goodness from dawn to dusk without breaking a sweat.

Nike Air Assault Low “Jaffa Orange/Brown + Black/Blue”

Monday, October 1st, 2007 | Posted in Air Assault, Sneaker News, Sneakers

Nike Air Assault Low Jaffa Orange / Brown Black / Blue

One of the freshest shoes to be retroed has to be the Nike Assault, and today we bring you two new colorways set to cause a commotion on the streets. The jaffa orange colorway is by far the standout of the two, with its combination of emergency orange brightness coupled with the chocolate brown mid section broken up with the navy safari all over panels. The second Assault keeps it far more subdued and along the lines of the original ’80s basketball shoe that dropped back in the day, standing out on the courts around the world, with its visible air unit and tough sturdy like structure in a black/blue colorway. Not a lot of information on these beauties, but we’ll be sure to drop some more knowledge when they come to hand.
