Reebok Kool Aid Launch Details

Reebok has recently partnered with Kraft’s Kool-Aid brand to bring Reebok and Kool-Aid fans everywhere some sweet-smelling, that’s right, kicks. The first three flavors officially launch on Feburary 1st!

Grape, Strawberry and Cherry will be available in stores across the United States starting Feburary 1st along with the coordinating accessories- hoodies, T-shirts and hats.

The collection was inspired by NFL star Laurence Maroney, of the Super Bowl-contending New England Patriots, who has carried the nickname “Kool-Aid” since childhood.

Reebok packed each of the kicks with extra flavor by creating scent-infused sockliners!

This sweet-smelling collection comes in kids and men sizes ranging from $50-$75 for the sneakers and $28-$65 for the accessories.

Kool-Aid collection will be available nationwide at the following retailers: Moe’s Sneaker Spot Inc, Lezmir, Peko Sports Inc, Karmaloop, Sportie LA, City Blue, Shiekh’s, Shoe Mania, and Dr. Jay’s.

The final installment of the collection drops in April with three additional flavors: Lemonade, Lemon-Lime and Orange.

Nike Air Force 1 Supreme “Yi Jian Lian”

Nike Air Force 1 Supreme Yi Jian Lian

Another Nike Air Force 1 collaboration between Nike and an Asian sports star has surfaced and this time it’s with Milwaukee Bucks standout rookie, Yi Jian Lian. This Nike Air Force 1 we’re told Yi actually worked on and offered his insight and dictated some of what he wanted to be placed on the shoe. Yi is a huge Gucci fanatic, hence the Gucci-esque colors, monogram, and shoelaces. The monogram instead of being G’s is actually scorpions, Yi’s nickname when he played in China. The shoe laces are an obvious Gucci take off, and we’ve even seen it before from Starks Laces. The Yi logo on the heel is something Nike created for Yi, and we will be seeing much more of it in the future as Nike plans to release a number of apparel products with the Yi’s branding on it. Unfortunately for those of you who are looking to score a pair you’ll have locate the nearest Nike Tier 0 account in Asia, such as Phantaci in Taiwan.

Nike Air Force 1 X Air Jordan V Fusion Hi

Nike Air Force 1 X Air Jordan V Fusion Hi

We finally can give you a detailed look at the next Nike Air Force 1 X Air Jordan Fusion which is about to release in the near future. It seems like these shoes divide the whole sneaker-community in “believers” and “non-believers”. The believers actually like these fusions and for the non-believers it’s just some kind of “blasphemy” to put two legendary models like the Nike Air Force One and the Nike Air Jordan V into one concept. What do you think?
