You are loving NKOTB as we do? Probably you noticed that we are sometimes very slow with new informations. Due to the fact that we are busy with other things beside NKOTB we are looking for new talents! NewKicksOnTheBlog.com is proud to announce we are looking for people throughout the sneaker community to hire that can provide the following: Writing, photography, event coverage, exclusive showcases (samples, rare sneakers, etc), artists, and much more.

Requirements:
1. Good to excellent writing skills. The writing is pretty casual but should be well written.
2. Good knowledge of sneakers in general. You should know the entire Air Jordan product line, differences in Dunk and Dunk SB and quickstrikes, hyperstrikes, PEs, tier-0 should be in your vocabulary.
3. Internet savvy. Knowledge of effective google search, keywords, web technologies, seo, are all pluses but not required.
4. Knowledge of Wordpress is helpful but not required.
5. Knowledge of photo editing (photoshop or similar) software is a plus but not required.

Please notice: It is just for the love about sneakers. We will give you the privilege to show the world what you think about new releases and what touches you. It is on a free basis and you wont get paid. But we will give you the chance with a site where you can develop yourself together with hundred of readers! We are very pleased to read something about you.

Though you will likely see these labeled as an ESPO collab across the Net, they have nothing to do with ESPO. These are in fact a pair of Nike Air Force II Hi´s inspired by the now classic gaming system, the Nintendo WII. With NES inspired Nike sneakers dropping now, Nike is set to release a WII inspired pack of sneakers staring in April 2009 and continuing through June. The Nike Air Force II Hi WII features a combination upper of White leather, White/Metallic Silver Safari print, a clear platic mid panel, and White mesh. The Nintendo WII On/Off button surrounds the Nike logo on the tongue.

The Nintendo WII inspired Nike Air Force II is set to release in Aprill 2009.

The Nike SB group of designers must have a tough time getting various shoes into retail doors, first it was the Nike Dunk SB Low “Freddy Krueger” and now it’s this Nike Dunk SB Hi “Heaven’s Gate” that have made their way to the sampling stage but not product shelf. This Nike Dunk Hi Pro SB was inspired by “Heaven’s Gate“, a religious group that is best known for committing mass suicide in 1997, where 38 members were found dead all wearing the same exact outfits which happened to include a brand new pair of Nike shoes on each of the member’s feet. The Nike SB team decided to take various points of inspiration from the religious group and apply it to this Nike Dunk Hi but it seems various powers to be at Nike may have shut the project down as the shoes never hit Nike SB retailers in the Fall 2008 season like they were supposed to.
