Nike Air Trainer SC Black/Grey Holiday 09

Back in the late 80’s and early 90’s, the Nike Air Trainer line was given a big boost by the “Bo Knows” ad campaign. Bo Jackson was one of the most electrifying athletes you could ever watch and as an athlete endorser for Nike, he lent instant credibility to the kicks he sported, not only for his dazzling efforts on the baseball and football field, but for his likable personality and superhuman aura. The Nike Air Trainer SC has since gone on to reach classic status in the sneaker world and with plenty of excitement surrounding their new Nike Trainer 1 model, Nike has decided to re-release the Nike Air Trainer SC this winter in a colorway that’s is still near and dear to Bo. The kicks he made famous will be returning in a crisp Black/Grey color scheme that is obviously influenced by Jackson’s days as an L.A. Raider. You can expect these super-fresh classics to hit shelves some time during the holiday ‘09 season. Stay tuned for specific release info and be sure to check out a bunch more pics after checking that link.

Nike Auto Flight Black/Red Holiday 09

We first showed you a preview of the Nike Auto Flight at the end of April and now some new images have emerged that give us a peek at what these kicks look like in action. Like the Nike Auto Force 180 from a few days back, the Nike Auto Flight takes a classic Nike basketball model (the Nike Air Flight Lite Hi) and fuses it together with a vulcanized Blazer midsole, giving it a more contemporary lifestyle look rather than its original performance basketball aesthetic. This version of the Nike Auto Flight features a Black leather upper with red accents and a White midsole. The color scheme gives the shoe a nice subtle look, but thanks to the super-high cut on these, they will still be sure to draw attention. The Nike Auto Flight is not expected to debut until Nike’s holiday ‘09 collection, but for now, you can check out another image by checking out that link.
