Nike Air Force 1 Low x Dunk Low SB White Supreme

Another highlight from the Nike Playmakers Event the other night were these Nike Air Force 1 x Dunk SB Low “White Supremes” we spotted in the collection of All Day. If you don’t remember, DJ Clark Kent was spotted wearing the same shoes in the equally dope black colorway a couple months ago at a Nike Sportswear event. The shoes feature the classic Nike SB Low white Supreme upper with a white, Air Force 1 sole that has a blue out-sole to go with the inside of the shoe. As with the rest of the shoes of these nature, these will not release to the public. They were created for the original members of the Nike Skateboarding team only, which is unfortunate for all you Nike Air Force 1 fans.

Nike Air Force 1 Low “iD Bespoke” by The Mayor

Nike Air Force 1 Low iD Bespoke by The Mayor

The Mayor (not the one who tried to increase the legal term limits of his office, but a different Mayor who has much better taste when it comes to kicks) has been at the epicenter of all things Nike Air Force 1 since news broke of his finally hitting his 1000th pair landmark in is personal Air Force 1 collection. In case anyone was wondering, the 1000th pair cooked up for Mayor at the Nike Innovation Kitchen was in no way the mark of a slowdown in the Mayor’s collection or creativity. Mayor shows, with his newest Nike Air Force 1 Low “Nike iD Bespoke”, that his influential mark on the sneakerworld is still very much growing.

Most recently, The Mayor made another trip to the Nike iD Bespoke studio at 21 Mercer Street in NYC to play around with some of the new options available for customizing and personalizing his muse of footwear; the Nike Air Force 1. After brainstorming and playing around with a lot of different ideas, Mayor finally came up with the fresh Nike Air Force 1 Low “Bespoke” you see above.

The shoe, which just arrived at the Bespoke studio today, features a lot of lux features including a dark, denim upper with gold stitching and a gold insole. To go with the clean details on the upper, Mayor chose to construct the swoosh, heel tag and tongue label in red, patent leather. The sole is white with a clear outsole on the final product, but Mayor’s initial intention was to have the outsole be colored a solid red in order to match the red details on the upper, but there was some miscommunication in the outcome of design process. Regardless, the shoe is definitely a dope look. Another cool feature are the lacelocks, which are stainless steel with “MYR” elegantly printed on top. The shoes come with the original factory tag from the well known Feng Tey factory in Taiwan, which is an accessory we usually see on samples. If you like what you see, and you are going to be (or are in) New York City, take a trip down to Nike Sportswear and have a go at cooking up a dope, one-of-a-kind Nike Air Force 1.

Nike Dunk SB Low Premium Blue/Yellow/Green

The Nike Skateboarding team is at it again for 2009, this time with the Nike Dunk SB Low Premium.

This upcoming Nike Dunk SB Low gets a Marge Simpson like colorway similar to a previously released high version. These kicks get a unique crackled leather on the toebox area, and side panel. A mix of light colors include blue, green, and yellow, all sit a top a khaki colored sole. With the Marge and Homer Dunks that have dropped in the past we can only wonder what inspired these kicks.

Nike Dunk SB Low “Off” Bug Sample

Nike Dunk SB Low Off Bug Sample

There is a growing category of dope Nike Dunk SB Low´s that catch our eyes and pockets with leaked photos, but never make it to retail shelved for one reason or another. The Nike Dunk above is the original design of the Nike Dunk SB Low Mosquito, but after an extremely limited production run, the shoe didn’t make, most likely due to some sort of legal issue. Obviously, this version is very different compared to the recently released Mosquito dunk, which has a range of materials from a speckled mid-sole, perforated leather and 3M. The above version consists only of leather and buttery suede. These might wind up on Ebay at some point in time, but you will never see these on retail shelves.

Nike Dunk SB Low “Goofy Boy”

Nike Dunk SB Low Goofy Boy

During the Spring of 2009 Nike SB is set to release a Nike Dunk Low SB tribute to the old Goofy Boy skater style. The Goofy Boys of the early 90s typically wore extremely long colored denim shorts with a equally long colored T-Shirt and a flipped up brim hat. Bringing that flavor to the Nike Dunk SB Low, the Nike Dunk SB Low “Goofy Boy” features a Purple denim trimmed upper with Orange nubuck at the toebox, mid panel, heel, and tongue. An illustration of a Goofy Boy appears on the footbed as well.

Nike Dunk SB Low “Charcoal/Red”

Nike Dunk SB Low Charcoal/Red

With the number of Nike Dunk SB’s that have been released, it seems that the color combination’s would have run out by now, but Nike seems to always have a little something new up their sleeves. This 2009 Dunk from Nike Skateboarding has surfaced, the Nike SB Dunk Low “Charcoal/Red”.

This drop might have Nike SB back on track, it’s a simple colorway featuring charcoal, and a red swoosh, but what really catches my eye is the other material on the upper, a dark safari-like print really offsets the charcoal and red in a nice way.

Just when you thought the Nike Dunk SB was headed for retirement, Nike Skateboarding drops some heat.

Nike Dunk SB Low Premium “Mosquito”

Nike Dunk SB Low Premium Mosquito

One of the shoes we didn’t show you in the Nike SB November 2008 Collection is this Nike Dunk SB Low Premium “Mosquito” that comes in Vanilla, Vermillon Red, and Black Frost featuring a dope speckeled midsole not to mention an insole that has a mosquito on it. Although at this time we’re not quite sure where the story or inspiration for this shoe started from, it’s still a dope Nike Dunk SB Low that offers up some new vibrant colors that we most likely wouldn’t see from other footwear departments in Nike. One of the other parts of this shoe is the contrast stitching on the Dunk Low’s upper that brings back memories of some Nike Dunk SB Low classics.
