Penny Marshall is for the Lakers, Ashley Judd is for the Kentucky Wildcats, and Spike Lee is for the New York Knicks. Spike is been screaming haterations and hollerations at opposing team players for decades particularly at a certain former Indiana Pacers sharpshooter, but no Knick game is a true Knick game without seeing Spike covered in blue and orange, waving his towels and screaming at referees. For New York’s Playoff run earlier this year, Spike was seen rocking the Nike Air Jordan Spiz’ike in a special PE colorway in blue and orange, and recent developments of the Spiz’ike has shown that the shoes will in fact release to the public. Here we have a detailed look at the orange alternate colorway of the Nike Air Jordan Spiz’ike. It features a mix of tumbled leather and suede, with a tonal orange elephant print and a white black laser graphic inner lining. Stick with NewKicksOnTheBlog for more Jordan Brand updates!

Nike Air Jordan XI “White/Orange” Unreleased Sample

Nike Air Jordan XI White Orange Unreleased Sample

Perhaps a tribute to all the times Michael torched the New York Knicks? Check out this unreleased sample colorway of the Nike Air Jordan XI in a puzzling orange/white/black combination. At the time, the only non-Bulls colorway of the Nike Air Jordan XI that was even on Michael’s feet was the Space Jam colorway, which featured a touch of blue on the Jumpman logo and traction pods on the outsole. That version of the XI didn’t release until well after his final retirement from the Bulls, but what do you make of this Orange colorway? Was a City Series planned for the Nike Air Jordan XI (like the Air Jordan X that featured special regional editions for Chicago, New York, Sacramento, and other major b-ball epicenters)? Some of Michael’s greatest performances came on the Madison Square Garden floor (like the infamous Double-Nickel) that came just days after his return to the Bulls in ’95. This sample isn’t a Retro rehashing, but an OG as made evident by the size-tag, so that leaves us wondering what other colorways Tinker had in mind for the Nike Air Jordan XI. Take a look and let us know what you think?

Nike Dunk SB Low Brown/Black-Green-Orange Fall 2009

This latest edition has a bunch of earthy tones just in time for fall. They range from black and brown to several tones of green. Brighter notes of orange and yellow tie in the theme and make us wonder if it’s too early to grab the rake. There are also rumors that these are the Nike Dunk SB “Toxic Avenger” that’s been redesigned several times. In any case, these should be dropping soon, so we’ll keep you updated.

Nike Dunk SB Low “Un-Hemp” Orange - Holiday 2009

Nike Dunk SB Low Un-Hemp Orange Holiday 2009

Today we got a look at an exciting new Hemp Dunk SB model that is apparently waiting in the wings for a release later this year. The original “Hemp” Dunks from 2004 are now regarded as classics and with five years passing since their release, it seems like as good a time as any to bring the concept back for more. This version gets a little more complicated than the originals, which sported the hemp material on the shoe’s entire upper. This version throws in more additional accent colors and also breaks up the color blocking with a combination of orange suede and hemp on the upper. These kicks also feature an orange midsole, as well as a black Swoosh and some splashes of brown and red on various sections of the shoe, including the spotted lining. These are currently slated for a Holiday 2009 release, so we will be sure to keep you up on the latest info regarding this eagerly anticipated drop.

Nike Air Force 1 Low “Navy Blue/Orange” Crocodile Leather

Wednesday, December 3rd, 2008 | Posted in Air Force 1, Sneaker News, Sneakers

Nike Air Force 1 Low Navy Blue/Orange Crocodile Leather

Earlier this week, we showed you the Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium “Grey/Red”; however, we have spotted one colorway that was not mentioned in the aforementioned post.

Expected to release in early 2009, this particular Nike Air Force 1 Low features a Navy Blue/Orange colorway. It also contains four textures on the upper such as premium leather (toe box area), pebbled leather (side panels), suede (swoosh), and a patent leather/crocodile-like texture on the heel. The midsole is also navy blue combined with an orange outsole.

Nevertheless, this seems like one of the best Nike Air Force 1’s we have seen in awhile; however, should any Nike Air Force 1 be getting a lot of attention with the debut of the exclusive Black Friday Air Force 1’s taking over right now?
