Nike Vandals come in a variety of fabrics but nylon is definitely the first one to come to mind. This tendency birthed a whole series of Nike Dunk High Vandals, which are basically Dunk silhouettes hewn in nylon with a ribbed strip wrapping the shoe atop its midsole. Those same ribbed strips are present on these Vintage (and all) nylon Nike Vandal Highs, but instead of a vertical ribbing, these go with a diagonal cut for an ever so slightly different look. There’s a magenta pair with metallic silver and a tri-coloured strap. That canvas strap is repeated on a black and gold pair, but its purple stripes help that one escape joining the Steelers bandwagon. Expect the Nike Vandal High Supreme VNTG at Nike Sportswear retailers next month.

Considering that it’s not a Retro or a signature model, the warm reception that has been given to the Nike Air Jordan Flight 45 so far must be a very pleasant surprise for Jordan Brand. We have shown you numerous upcoming colorways of this shoe lately and most people seem to be feeling them. The latest version keeps it pretty simple, using a nice clean white upper with a black tongue, lining and outsole and a black midsole section that is covered with white speckles. While this colorway may be a little more conservative than some of the others, it still has a nice look to it and it seems to fit in nicely within the accepted Jordan aesthetic. Like several of the other Nike Air Jordan Flight 45 colorways that we’ve previewed, you can get these early from MarqueeSole.

Releasing in Spring of 2009 will be the Nike Dunk Mid Pro SB “Capuccino/Silver” appearing above. Pairing up with this colorway a mixture of different materials including suede along the sides of the sneaker and leather on the toe and swoosh. However, with a lot of Nike SB releases there is another story to the sneaker and the design on the tongue could lead to what this story may be.
