We have seen Nike defer to the Safari print more and more as of late especially on the Men’s side with the latest releases of Nike Air Max 1´s and Nike Dunk´s, but in the upcoming seasons Nike will be releasing this Safari pack of Nike Air Max 1´s specifically for the females. This Nike WMNS Air Max 1 “Safari Pack” consists of four different tonal Nike Air Max 1´s that use the Safari print, the four different colors include a White and Aqua pair, Red and Blue pair, Black and Infared pair, and lastly a Purple and Orange pair. Look for these to drop during the third quarter of 2009.

The multicolored Nike WMNS Dunk Hi featured above is made exclusively for the ladies and will hit Nike retailers in early January of 2009. Yielding an upper composed of varsity red, rave pink, bronze, light green, and turquoise, this sneaker deviates from the simple look we are used to seeing on women’s Nike Dunk´s. The use of a clean white swoosh and a white toebox complete this pair by adding the finishing touches needed to contrast the rest of the multicolored upper. As previously mentioned, this pair will hit Nike retailers in early January of 2009 for a retail price of $105.

This Nike WMNS Dunk Low is composed of a neutral grey, citron and white colorway, kept simple overall with a liberal use of each color. However, a net material, graphic printed insole, and metallic heel panel keep things interesting. Expect other Nike Dunk Low´s to release in a similar design utilizing bright colors and metallic tones. This Nike WMNS Dunk Low Premium isn’t scheduled to release until March 2009, but could possibly hit stores before then as seen by other releases.

Nike is redesigning one of their most used models, the Nike Dunk Hi, to better serve the female Nike consumers. Called, the Nike Skinny Dunk, it’s aesthetically unchanged from the original Dunk but has been redesigned by a team of female designers at Nike to create a better fitting Dunk for her. A number of Skinny Dunks will be available for the ladies next Spring and Summer 2009. To play with pop culture, the above two versions uses a cherry print from the iconic 19th Century French Designer Paule Marrot.

Nike continues to keep it fresh for the ladies with this new Nike 6.0 Blazer Mid. This shoe’s texture might remind you of the Nike Blazer Vintage scheduled for next Spring, which features a distressed vintage suede on the upper. The Nike 6.0 womens Blazer comes in a very feminine, black and magenta colorway. You remember the beautiful Nike WMNS Blazer Mid Premium from the year long Zodiac story that we saw a number of Nike WMNS shoes inspired by. This Nike Blazer unfortunately is the last of the Zodiac story for this year and it is inspired by the Capricorn. As a result of being a Premium shoe, this Nike Blazer “Capricorn” features an all over Elephant Print on the upper of the shoe that if titled at certain angles will show various hints of Baby Blue. With the winter season in the near future, Nike has created somewhat of an early Christmas gift especially for the ladies. This special “Winter Pack”, which consists of the Nike Air Max 1 and a Nike Blazer Hi, has taken inspiration from ski equipment with its navy blue, red, beige, sky blue, and white patched designed sneakers. The Nike Air Max 1 features a snowflake on the tongue, while the Nike Blazer Hi contains a Christmas tree logo on the heel tab. Expect these sneakers to release within the next few upcoming months.

Here is an interesting Nike WMNS Air Force 1 Hi in Pink and White that uses a new floral print on the heel part of the upper. This shoe will be a part of Nike’s Spring 2009 collection, meaning it will release in the first quarter of next year. The shoe features an all Pink upper, White midsole and Swoosh, and lastly a Pink outsole making for a great Valentine’s gift. The interesting part of this Nike WMNS Air Force 1 though is the fact that it uses a floral print on a canvas for the heel portion of the shoe’s upper.
